Angus has extensive experience in Australian and US capital markets from an investment banking and legal perspective, and as a Director of MC Capital - a diversified financial services business, represents companies across a number of sectors including technology, media, entertainment and telecommunications. Previously Angus has held senior executive positions in leading international investment banks and law firms, and acted as representative office for a US hedge fund.
Angus actively participates in international capital markets as representative office for various offshore commercial and sovereign interests including acting as New South Wales Consulate for Macedonia. Angus also holds a number of company directorships, is published, regularly speaks at professional forums internationally, and is a former lecturer to MBA and LL.M students at the Universities of Sydney and Melbourne in International Business on a part-time basis.

Ananda Rao has been the CEO and MD of Azurn since Azurn acquired VCIL during October 2007. Prior to starting VCIL, Ananda Rao was an Executive Director and General Manager of Sales & Marketing of Infosys Australia, a 100% subsidiary of Infosys Technologies Limited. He started Infosys Australia in 1999 and resigned in October 2005 to create VCIL. Ananda has more than 20 years experience in ICT industries. Ananda is the founder of VCIL.
Dr Bala Kumble,

Dr Bala Kumble is a founding director of Azurn. Bala has 25 years experience in the telecommunications and information technology industry and has led the development and delivery of large telecommunication infrastructures to corporations, government departments, including Education, Aviation, Defence, and banking and financial institutions, including Telstra Corporation and Telecom New Zealand Australia. Bala was a Joint Director and Member Secretary of the National Radar Council Working Group, Government of India. He is currently a Senior Member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) and was awarded the IEEE Millennium Medal for outstanding contributions.

Rama Kumble is an information technology professional with over 20 years of solid delivery experience. He is a seasoned serial entrepreneur and was a founding member of Majoris (a progressive software services and solutions company with core strengths in technology which was subsequently bought out by a listed French international company, Valtech – a highly regarded global business consulting and technology services company specialising in Agile methodology). Before joining VCIL, Rama was a Group Engagement Manager at Infosys Technologies Limited, managing one of its largest accounts in the Asia Pacific region, and a founder of VCIL.
Sudhir (Tony) Giroti:

Tony Giroti was the founder of Azurn Networks Inc and one of the 2 inventors of Azurn’s Convergence and Collaboration Technology. He has over 20 years of Information Technology experience working in the areas of telecommunications, wireless and the internet. Over the years he has worked with major IT, Telecom and Wireless companies such as Motorola, HP, AT&T, IBM, Stratus, Logica, Accenture and others As an entrepreneur Tony was the founding President, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of MaxSol, co-founder, President and Chairman of Microcomputer Centre and President and Chairman of the IEEE. Tony is an avid speaker at various industry conferences, has authored various papers and holds patents in collaboration and XML technologies.
Martyn Daniels: President, Digital Publishing
Martyn Daniels has worked for many years as a Senior Executive in blue chip organizations in the retail, oil and automotive sectors. He entered publishing as Director of Strategic Development at VISTA Computer Services where he was responsible for, and a contributor to, their highly acclaimed ‘Publishing in the 21st Century’ research series, the primary creator behind publishing services PubEasy and ‘batch.co.uk’ and the initiator of the development of new Front Office systems to support publishers. In 2006 he authored the Booksellers Association highly acclaimed digitization report 'Brave New World' which looked at the opportunities for retailers.
Neelesh Marik:

Neelesh Marik is based in United Kingdom and is responsible for Sales & Marketing. Prior to this, Neelesh was Head of Sales for Infosys Technologies in the UK and a member of the company’s EMEA management council. He was part of the set up team in 1999 that built the UK client base for Infosys, and helped many European corporates achieve competitiveness by leveraging the global delivery model for their IT and Operations. Before Infosys Neelesh has had a stint as a Manager with Andersen Consulting India, as Head of Franchise Operations for Coca Cola in Bombay, and in senior sales roles with Coats Viyella across multiple consumer and industrial thread markets in India. Neelesh has a PGDM from IIM Bangalore and a B.Tech from IIT Bombay.

Roger Anthony in addition to being Financial Controller of Azurn International Ltd, is also CFO of Value Chain International Ltd. Prior to joining Value Chain, Roger was the Director of Anthony Financial Services. Roger holds a Master of Financial Management from the University of Central Queensland, an MBA from Deakin University, as well as a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management also from Deakin Uni. Roger is a Fellow CPA, a Fellow of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants, UK, a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, UK, a Chartered Company Secretary from ICS, and also the Finance Director of the Independent Petroleum Marketers of Australia. Previously, he was the General Manager of Corporate Business - Zimsen Partners Pty Ltd; Financial Controller of Oasis Group of Companies; Financial Controller of Motorgear Parts and Accessories Pty Ltd; Finance Manager of the City of Port Phillip.

Anand is an IT professional with over 14 years of experience in delivering services to customers across the globe. He was instrumental in establishing Infosys in the Energy sector, and in the Australian market. Before joining VCIL Anand was Head Service Delivery Offshore - Australian Customers, at Infosys. Anand holds a Bachelor Degree in Engineering.
Josephine Too: Vice President Channel Management
Josephine Too is responsible for managing Channels in Australia. Josephine has more than 10yrs of experience in IT consulting and eBusiness Strategy Consulting at Infosys and Scient. Prior to joining VCIL, she was the Head of Sales & Marketing for Infosys China and member of the China Management Council. Her experience spans across general enterprise sales, strategic large account and partners management. She started Infosys office in Singapore and built one of the largest global accounts in Germany. Josephine speaks Mandarin, Cantonese and basic German. She holds a Bachelor Degree in Engineering from NTU of Singapore.
Sol Rosenberg: VP Publishing

Sol Rosenberg leads the USA Publishing Solutions group and has been at the forefront of "digital publishing" for over a decade and is now recognised as a digital publishing & marketing strategist. Previously, he was a co-founder of the early ebook pioneer Versaware, which blazed the trail for many of the digital publishing strategies in use today. In 1985, Sol began “The Computer Connection,” the first nationally-syndicated radio show in the USA focusing exclusively on computers & hi-tech. He was a cofounder of Future Vision Multimedia, a software publishing Company, which was later acquired by The Learning Company.
